Sleepy Sunday

Ahhh, another lazy afternoon...

Friends

Hanging out with new buddies Darcy and Delaney.
Jack loved his green Thomas pj's and refused to wear anything else to bed. Hence the 12month size on his 2t frame! ;-)

PlayDoh Time!

PlayDoh  is synonymous with childhood. Like rain is to spring. It's such a kick seeing our little chickadees playing with it now.

Snow Days!

As the last bits of snow melt away, we remember a wonderful winter.
GOODBYE WINTER....HELLO SPRING!!!

Snot Face

Thursday Jack woke up well and revved up. Poor Olive wasn't that fortunate. She too had just awoken but it was to a fever, cough and a very runny nose. I sat her in a playpen with a few of her snack puffs while I made her bottle. This is what I returned to- a face covered in snot with little bits of puffs stuck to it. Gross? Yes, but equally cute!

Penicillin Stat!

My poor baby bear is sick!  So needless to say he hasn't been a happy camper. He just woke up complaining of being hot. Nathan asked me when he had his last dose of medicine and I said he was due for one. Jack stopped crying and said pitifully, "I just need my penicillin!" That boy doesn't miss a beat!

Busted!

Every time I turn around little miss may seems to be into something- anything really. SO, I decided to start collecting evidence.

Stinky Friday!

All week Jack had been telling us he wanted to see the cows. So Friday we headed out to Young's Dairy. As soon as we open the door to the barn he screams, "NO! NO! Get me out of here!!!" We left and asked him what was wrong, he said "I can't go in there, they are too stinky! They need a bath!"
So here are pics, not of the kids with the animals, but of Jack enjoying his cotton candy ice cream- that we didn't DARE tell came from the same "stinky" cows we just left.

I'm a Cowboy!

Jack had a BLAST at his first cowboy party! He ran and played and ate himself delirious- so much fun!

The early days...

Jack seemed a little unsure of his little Olive at first, but it didn't take long for him to fall in love.

Ahhh.. the blossoming of a friendship is such a sweet thing.
